Company Profile

Company Overview
I have worked in the nonprofit sector for over twenty years and earned an MPA in nonprofit management. I have a broad set of essential nonprofit management skills, rooted in my experience as an executive director, director of resource mobilization and program coordinator for organizations focused on climate justice, education and community development. Over the past 12 years I have collaborated with 70+ nonprofit clients to help them build their capacity, become more sustainable, create inspiring plans, evaluate their strategies, and increase the positive impact they have on the world. My professional experience and academic background allow me to provide nonprofit organizations with customized consulting services and facilitate valuable processes that enable them to better achieve their mission. I have also taught university courses in nonprofit management, fundraising and leadership.
Services
I provide nonprofit organizations with valuable consulting services to help them build their capacity, become more sustainable, create inspiring plans, evaluate their strategies, mobilize resources and increase the positive impact they have on the world.

I provide consulting services on topics including: starting a nonprofit, board development, strategic planning, program evaluation, infrastructure development, capacity building, fund development, advocacy, volunteer management, and program design.

I facilitate interactive planning processes, workshops and trainings for staff, board members, and volunteers. I also provide one-on-one executive coaching for nonprofit leadership including Executive Directors, Development Directors and Board Chairs.

I work collaboratively with clients, conduct in-depth research, interviews, analysis, and produce professional reports, useful templates, and actionable plans.

I advise NGOs globally on international programming particularly on creating international service-learning programs, volunteer management and community development. I also work with organizations on becoming more sustainable.
