Strategic planning projects are not only complex. They are filled with unknowns, sudden scope changes, and potential pitfalls. Join ACN members Leslie Cain & Julie Simpson to learn best practices to keep your clients excited and motivated, deal with client challenges, and deliver the planning project on time, within scope, and within budget!
We are designing a brief multiple choice survey for distribution across the ACN consultant network to assess common challenges, strategies strategic planning consultants employ with their clients. We will share the results of the survey as part of the session.
